It was an immense pleasure to resume our academic activities at the Prayas premises as the pandemic phases out. We consider it our duty to train the trainee surgeons about complex surgical techniques which they will do and possibly cure countless patients in the community, a healthy mobile and fit society will be created around them. The budding surgeons of the forthcoming days had a comprehensive knowledge update on knee replacement surgery. Along with few lectures the hall mark of the day was a hands on workshop on synthetic bone models where juniors had a close to real life experience of doing a knee replacement surgery. At the end of the training the trainees received a certificate of completion which will help them to move towards further advanced training.
